The creation of this database serves a crucial purpose in highlighting the exceptional work of women of color in engineering to diversify the field, and connect collaborators to women of color in engineering to support career advancement.

Our Goal

The goal of curating and highlighting the exceptional work of women of color is to amplify the contributions, expertise, and experiences in a field where they have historically been underrepresented.

A Resource for Organizations

The database will not only serve as a celebration of the achievements and as a tool of empowerment to diversify the field of engineering, but also as a resource for organizations to find speakers and connect individuals with networking opportunities.
